Owned by Andrew and Cindy Bonwick, BDeL Body Corporate Management specialises in Owners Corporation Management throughout suburban Melbourne.

Operating since 2013, BDeL manages in excess of 300 Owners Corporations and prides themselves on their customer service and ability to deal with the complexities that Owners Corporations bring. Owners Corporation have many issues that a skilled Manager is important for the harmony of its tenants and the day to day functionality of the property.  Whether it be working through disputes among neighbours, building defects and VCAT matters etc, BDeL can assist in all facets of Owners Corporation Management ensuring the property remains compliant.
The Bonwick family have had a long history with the OHAFC going back to Jim joining the club in the late 60’s as a player who would go on to play over 200 games. He would go onto coach and be a long term administrator and continues on as a time keeper for the club. His son Andrew would go on to be a player, a Premiership Reserves Coach(2001) and President of the club.

Cindy and Andrew’s son, Gus, is currently tearing them up in the Under 19’s on a wing and loving his time at his family’s club. The whole family can be seen on a Saturday enjoying themselves at the club watching their son/grandson play and catching up with old friends.
